The luxurious Villa Sapphire with private swimming pool, which is built on a 400 sqm plot and offers a sublime sea view, was completed in June 2018.
You will be amazed by the seamless, modern architecture of the villa with some traditional elements of the Greek islands, the privacy of Sapphire and the luxurious swimming pool.

The luxury villa offers a comfortable and chic living room with unobstructed views of the blue iridescent bay of Souda and access to the outdoor area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area is open to the living area and offers everything a hobby chef could need.
Three very comfortable bedrooms and three luxurious marble bathrooms are available. The double beds measure 1.80 m x 2.00 m and the single beds 0.90 m x 2.00 m. Additional services are offered: Internet connection, air conditioning, bathroom equipment, safe deposit box

The outdoor area offers its guests a private pool 3 m × 6.5 m with a maximum depth of 1.6 m, a shady dining area with plenty of seating and a BBQ area. Sun loungers by the pool, equipped with pool towels, invite you to relax and parasols provide the necessary shade. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge.

Villa Sapphire is located 750 meters outside the coastal town of Almyrida, where you will find many restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities.
The next sandy beach is only 300 meters away.

Almyrida is an ideal base for exploring the many picturesque inland villages, dramatic mountain gorges and some of the island's best beaches and sheltered bays nearby. Chania, the capital of West Crete, is only a 30 minutes drive away and has a beautiful Venetian Harbour with a fascinating history. Wander through the many narrow lanes filled with Venetian, Turkish and Byzantine style buildings. You can also find all the facilities and amenities that you would expect of a modern city with fine restaurants, bars, clubs, live music, traditional harbour side tavernas and fashionable shops.
Indeed, there is so much to explore and discover. You can hire a car or bicycle or even take a boat ride along the coast. Some of the best scenery can be seen on foot. There are many walks or treks along mountain paths and gorges including the world famous Samaria Gorge. Other activities pursuits include horse riding, tennis and climbing. Most water sports are available including, diving, snorkeling, windsurfing, sailing, fishing, jet skiing and water-skiing. There are many Health and Fitness centres offering a range of beauty treatments and alternative therapies including massage, reflexology, reiki and yoga. Cultural interests include museums, archaeological sites, ancient towns, churches, monasteries, folklore festivals, theatre and cinemas (open air in the summer).
