The lower level of the villa includes three bedrooms (2x double queen-size bed, 1x two single beds 0.90m x 2.00m) two fully equipped bathrooms and a spacious open area with minimal elegant decoration that includes the dining room, kitchen and living room with a TV and a fireplace. When you open the wide balcony doors, the house is flooded with the scent of pine trees, while you have access to the villa's landscaped courtyard.
On the second level of the villa you will find two bedrooms (1x double queen-size bed, 1x two single beds 0.90m x 2.00m), a bathroom, the dining room with fully equipped kitchen and the living room. If you open the main entrance and walk through the picturesque courtyard, you will reach the lower floor and the facilities of the gym and home theater. The two floors of the villa have separate entrances to ensure your privacy.
