Luxury Villa Thalassa (150 sqm living space) captivates with its exclusive furnishings and beautiful location - In the midst of nature and with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. Pure freedom!
The house is suitable for up to 7 persons and a non-smoking domicile; suitable for wheelchair users!

Due to the generous panoramic window fronts, there is a feeling of freedom, as if you were in the house under the open sky. On the first floor is a spacious living room (fireplace) with a kitchen which is made of elegant Corian surface and a dining area. In the living room there is a sofa bed with Coco-Mat mattress for a possible fifth person. Likewise, on the first floor there is a bedroom (double-twin with Coco Mat mattresses) with a separate en-suite bathroom (massage shower), toilet and room climate control. This bedroom has a separate access from the outside, which provides a lot of privacy. Upstairs there is another bedroom (double-master with Coco-Mat mattresses) with private veranda and view of the Aegean Sea. The bathroom integrated in the bedroom includes a hydromassage tub and a toilet. The third bedroom with an integrated en-suite bathroom (bathtub with whirlpool function and WC) with double bed is accessible through an external staircase. Here you will also find a small private outdoor area in front of the entrance.

The inviting 120 sqm outdoor area features a private infinity pool (32 sqm, 1-1.6 m deep) with Roman steps (Cimentogonia surface), a sunbathing area, as well as a spacious shaded dining area - all with wonderful sea views.

The villa is located in the central part of the property, facing north in the plot.

Seaview Villas are located in Agios Georgios, only 3 kilometers from the small town of Kissamos/Kastelli with numerous stores, cafes and taverns.
Mini market and bakery can be found in 400 meters and a bigger supermarket in about 1,5 kilometers.
Only 10 minutes walk from the villas you can find the crystal clear Viglia beach in 1.5 kilometers, where you can swim and become one with nature. Here you can also find some very good restaurants serving the Mediterranean cuisine of Crete, as well as good fish taverns at 2 kilometers.
Only 5 minutes drive from the famous wide sandy beach of Falasarna and around 50 minutes drive from the beautiful beach of Elafonissi, with its unique coral shimmering sand dunes. One of the most beautiful beaches in Europe!
The port of Kissamos is not far away, from where you can take a boat trip to the pirate island of Gramvousa and the world famous Balos Lagoon.
