Villa Hestia is situated on the mountain of Plakias with a wonderful and unobstructed view of the blue shimmering sea, the complete beach, as well as the two adjacent mountains and all this on a 1021 sqm plot. This fully equipped luxury villa is divided into two floors.

On the upper floor is the very spacious living room with open kitchen, which opens directly onto the spacious terrace with 35 sqm infinity pool (1.6 m deep). Here you will also find the master bedroom with sea view and terrace as well as a separate studio with double bed and private balcony.
On the lower floor there are 4 further en-suite bedrooms all with sea views and a terrace. The size of the six comfortable double beds is 1.60 m x 1.20 m each.

The terrace with infinity pool is built so that guests enjoy complete privacy. As the villa is located at the highest point of the hill, the terrace is not visible and therefore very private. In addition to an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining table, there is also an extra lounge as well as a guest toilet and an outdoor shower.

Villa Hestia is located about 200 metres outside the coastal village of Plakias, where many tavernas, restaurants, cafes and various shopping facilities can be found. The nearest taverna and supermarket are 150 metres away.
The nearest sandy beach is only about 300 metres away.

The sandy beach of Plakias with a very shallow entry area is ideal for families. In addition, there are several smaller, beautiful and secluded beaches in the immediate vicinity. Behind the village, nature begins immediately. Plakias is framed by a landscape of sea and mountains with the mountain villages of Selia, Mirthios and Mariou.
A variety of amenities can be found in the tourist centre of Plakias and Damnoni beach.
Discover the beauties of the depths of the Libyan Sea with the help of the local diving schools in Plakias. Excursions to the countryside and beaches are possible by bicycle or on horseback as well as on a donkey, which can be organised by the local riding school in Plakias. Tennis lovers also get their money's worth and can enjoy their favourite sport.
