The unspoilt landscape of Svoronata stretches from the coast to the rolling hills with lots of greenery, fields and orchards in abundance and country lanes where there are a few tavernas and mini markets.

Villa Despina is in a great location, within walking distance of family-run restaurants, shops and the beach. The beautiful beaches of Ammos, Ai Helis and Avithos are all nearby and charming Argostoli, the island's capital, is a fifteen-minute drive away, with a promenade along the harbour and lively market stalls to browse - from fish to vegetables and fruit, a bargain can be found!

The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
