Villa Xenia is an ideal location for those wishing to explore the southern part of Kefalonia. This is just a few hundred metres from the coast and offers stunning views of the surrounding lush countryside and sea. The stylish, spacious house is well equipped, with its private pool set amidst a large and beautiful garden, and offers a convenient location close to a small selection of amenities. The range of amenities is scattered throughout the surrounding countryside, while two beautiful sandy beaches can be reached within a short walk.
Villa Xenia has three bedrooms with king-size beds or 2x single beds, as well as three bathrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the second is on the lower level, accessible via an internal staircase, where you will also find the kitchen with a terrace in front of it, and the third with a separate entrance is also on the lower level.
Patio doors lead from the living area to a large covered terrace overlooking the private pool and the countryside. An outdoor barbecue is perfect for culinary hours by your own pool and garden.

The unspoilt landscape of Svoronata stretches from the coast to the rolling hills with lots of greenery, fields and fruit orchards in abundance, and country lanes where you will find a number of tavernas and mini-markets.

The villa is in a great location, within walking distance of family-run restaurants, shops and the beach. The beautiful beaches of Ammos, Ai Helis and Avithos are all nearby and charming Argostoli, the island's capital, is a fifteen-minute drive away, with a promenade along the harbour and lively market stalls to browse - from fish to vegetables and fruit, a bargain can be found!

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 60 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
