The villa is literally set in nature and offers stunning views of the landscaped gardens and sandy coastline. Surrounded by colourful gardens and palm trees, Villa Theodoros can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families, couples or friends. The villa offers the pinnacle of modern and luxurious living and is equipped with modern amenities, state-of-the-art technology, high-quality design and elegant furniture. The master bedroom with king-size bed on the top floor is where the sounds and views of the archipelago will lure you to sleep. There is an en-suite bathroom on this level. The two other appealing bedrooms, each with king-size beds, are on the ground floor and share a common bathroom. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the terraces.

In front of the living room, on the large terrace, is the private, refreshing swimming pool (8 m x 3.5 m, 1.4m deep, heated free of charge).

Location:

Tigaki is a resort on the north coast of Kos, about 8 km from Kos Town and about 17 km from the airport. Tigaki is situated around the fantastic and huge Tigaki Beach with water sports facilities and the central road leading down to the beach. The beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag, attesting to its excellent waters. On the main road you will find bars, restaurants, shops, travel agencies, car and motorbike rentals and a large supermarket at the other end of the beach.

The Alikés Salt Lake is only 4 km from the villa.
