S.A.N.D. Villa 1 is one of the villas from the S.A.N.D. collection: a spacious and elegant two-story villa that features magnificent sea views and is just two minutes from the sparkling sandy beach. S.A.N.D. Villa 1 is perfect for families and friends with a variety of activities to enjoy in the tranquility of privacy and enjoy the lush villa hideaways of indoor and outdoor spaces.
The outdoor area of S.A.N.D. Villa 1 features a private pool with a large shaded veranda, perfect for hours of ocean view reverie and undisturbed reading.
On the first floor of the villa, there is a cozy living room of 80 sqm, the large living area has two comfortable built-in sofas that can be converted into beds and lead to a large veranda (130 sqm), and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, ideal to inspire your inner chef. On the same level, the villa has two large bedrooms of 14 sqm, a large bathroom designed for relaxation, and a guest toilet.
On the lower first floor, S.A.N.D. Villa 1 has two comfortable sleeping areas; one has two single beds that can be converted into a double bed and the other has a double bed. These two sleeping areas are separated by a decorative bamboo wall. The sleeping areas share a bathroom (4.5 sqm) and open to a beautiful 15 sqm veranda.
Location:
There are beach umbrellas and sunbeds, a beach bar, and a seafront restaurant at the organized beach of Santa Maria, which is about 500 meters away. A mini-market is located in Santa Maria.
In Little Santa Maria, which is also organized, there are two restaurants: the first one "Katsounas" offers traditional food, the second one "To Dixti" offers fish and seafood menus.
Opposite the family beach of Xifara and only 1,5 km. from the S.A.N.D. collection, there is the famous restaurant Siparos, known for its creative Greek cuisine.
