The interior consists of a spacious living room together with a very comfortable dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and bedrooms (6x queen-size bed, 1x two single beds) with 6 private bathroom, 1x WC. The decoration is luxurious yet refined and is in complete harmony with the minimalist style of the area.
Among other luxurious features, Villa Seven offers a private infinity outdoor pool (50 sqm, depth 1.3-1.7 m) with sitting area, surrounded by sunbathing areas and terraces and a decorated Mediterranean garden. A barbeque area with a large dining table next to it invites to culinary hours. Without a doubt you will be delighted by the delicate natural beauty and liveliness of this lively atmosphere. The elegant luxury of the property together with the breathtaking view of the sunset is definitely the new favourite destination and invites you to discover it all year round.
A basket of traditional homemade products and two bottles of selected local spirits will be offered upon arrival. House cleaning every 3 days, free wifi, telephone, outdoor dining and barbecue facilities, DVD player, stereo, baby cots and baby chairs on request, dishwasher, washing machine in the house, ironing board, fitness equipment, pets allowed (up to 15 kg)

Villa Seven is situated only about 10 meters from the beach and offers a great view of the Aegean Sea. The natural blue of the sky and the sea together form a canvas of natural wonders for your holiday. Lachania, which is considered one of the most picturesque villages on the island, is about 2 kilometres from the villa and a little more inland, in the southern part of the island. Its postcard scenery, its seclusion and tranquillity give Lachania a charm all its own. The village is easily accessible by car within a few minutes. It is 73 km from the city of Rhodes and 76 km from Diagoras International Airport. For the season 2022, the Mea-Terra Restaurant is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. In addition, restaurants are 2 kilometers away and the nearest supermarket is 5 kilometers away.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental costs are due immediately upon booking.
Refundable Price: A deposit of 20% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 60% of the rental fee is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable price: If a guest cancels within 30 days before arrival, 20% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Villa Seven liegt unglaublich schön!
Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Seven war sehr sehr schön. Die Villa liegt wirklich unglaublich schön. So kommt man durch die Tür und ist gleich ganz in Ferien. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und liebevoll durch die Zeit begleitet. Der Service war wirklich sehr gut, sehr dezent und professionell. Wir haben in den umliegenden Orten sehr schöne Restaurants gefunden. Es rentiert sich schon sehr, ein Auto gemietet zu haben, sonst kommt man einfach nur sehr mühsam weg vom Fleck. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserm Aufenthalt und danken ihnen für die nette Vermittlung.
