Villa Alkyoni with private heated pool is located in Navarone Bay, 1500 m from the historical village of Lindos and is an ideal Rhodes vacation spot for up to 6-8 guests (6 adults plus 2 children).

The interior of the first floor living and dining room is decorated with wood and natural stone, colorful paintings and a beautiful fireplace. Furniture, lighting and decoration meet the highest standards and have been specially selected to create an atmosphere of warmth and relaxation. There is a TV with satellite and air conditioning, the use of which is included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen, and an internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Next to the living room there is a toilet.

A luxurious fully equipped Italian kitchen has SIEMENS household appliances such as microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, grill/sandwich maker and mixer. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing kit.

Villa Alkyoni has three double bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) - the other two on the second floor once with a double bed (1.6m x 2.0m) and once with two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) that can be converted into a double bed. The brand new high quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box ensures the safety of your valuables. There are spacious built-in wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All three bedrooms have private bathrooms with showers, decorated in a modern style. All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite.

Bed linen is changed twice a week, and additional bed linen and comforter covers are available to change as often as you like, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and have WiFi with internet access.

Baby crib and high chair are available on request. Cleaning daily except Sundays!

The comfortable villa is located on a plot of 1500 sqm and has a private heated pool (7.00 m 5.00 m) with Jacuzzi, sun loungers and umbrellas for 8 people, a paved terrace and a dining table under the wooden pergola that can seat up to 10 people. The private gardens of 1500 sqm are planted with grass, Mediterranean trees and shrubs. In addition, the outdoor area also offers a separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The villa and its surroundings are wheelchair accessible on the first floor as there are ramps and a double bedroom on the first floor. The bathroom, however, might be too cramped for direct wheelchair use.

The private, fenced parking lot can accommodate up to 5 cars.
