This brand new villa features an airy living and dining area, as well as a small but well-equipped kitchenette. The cave-style bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Villa Dusk & Dawn consists of two units, Villa Dusk and Villa Dawn, which can be rented individually or as a whole unit. A connecting door can be kept open to link the two villas, or locked to separate them and ensure full privacy.

Location:
Villa Dusk is located in the famous town of Fira, the most cosmopolitan place in Santorini. Just a few minutes walk from the most popular places, yet quiet and exclusive, the villa is located on the Caldera cliff and offers a direct view of the sunset, which is stunning.
Restaurants and mini markets can be reached in a few minutes. In 5 kilometers you will find the nearest beach and in 12 kilometers the legendary village of Oia, which is also a guarantee for gigantic sunsets.

Terms of payment
Non-refundable price: The total rental cost is due immediately upon booking.
Refundable price: A deposit of the total rental cost is due 7, 14 or 21 days before arrival to confirm the booking.
Cancellation policy low season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 8 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy peak season
Non-refundable price: No refund of rental costs in case of cancellation.
Refundable Price: If a guest cancels up to 15/22 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled between 14/21 and 8 days, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as cancellation fees. If cancellations are made less than 78days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
