Villa Ether is a two-storey detached house with private swimming pool and private, secure garden that can accommodate up to 7 people and offers inviting views of the coast and beautiful countryside.
The villa is set in its own garden with spacious verandas, outdoor shower, swimming pool, sun loungers, parasol and large barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining.

The ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m) that can also be used as a double bed, a flat screen TV, a spacious living room with open fireplace, a large flat screen TV, a dining area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee maker and all necessary utensils, a bathroom with toilet and shower.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two bedrooms with king-size beds (1x 1.80m x 2.00m, 1x 1.60m x 2.00m) and en-suite bathroom with WC, shower and hairdryer, as well as a large balcony with panoramic views.
The villa also features air-conditioning throughout, WiFi internet access, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and the living room, safe and security alarm.

The outdoor area offers a private swimming pool (10m x 4.0m; depth 1.5m) with beautiful sunbathing area, ideal sea views, barbecue area and shaded dining area on the terrace. A private parking space is available.

The villa is located on the outskirts of the friendly as well as welcoming village of Lithakia on the south-east coast. The traditional village is one of the oldest on Zakynthos, built on the lower slopes of Megalo Vouno. Lithakia slopes gently down the hillside to a pretty bay where glistening sands meander lazily around the shoreline. With its colourful shops and handful of bars and restaurants, it's the perfect place to relax or take a stroll along the coast.

This delightfully unspoilt village is the hidden gem of Zante. Surrounded by beautiful olive groves, Lithakia glows in shades of green and blue and offers visitors a tranquil holiday where you can really relax on the sandy beach of Agios Sostis, part of the Gulf of Laganas. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere of the resort attracts many visitors back year after year.

The nearest beach, Agios Sostis, is about 3 km from the villa and the coastal town of Laganas with its sandy beach in front of it is also just 4 km away.

The town of Zakynthos, which is well worth a visit, can be reached after a 12 km drive.
