The two Arismari Luxury Villas are located directly on the sea front and only 100 meters from the beach, on the south-easternmost corner of Zakynthos and offer a magnificent view of the Peloponnese and the Ionian Sea. Each villa has its own large private garden with private infinity swimming pool. Two exclusive natural stone villas have been built by locally experienced craftsmen using special materials and natural stones from the area. A perfect example of how traditional architecture can be mixed with modern elements while respecting the ecology and aesthetics of the surroundings.

The Arismari Luxury Villa has two floors and a spacious loft. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with two very comfortable single beds (1.10 m x 2.20 m), arranged to form double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has a modern and fully equipped kitchen which is open to the attractive dining and living area and therefore offers plenty of space. An extra bathroom for guests is available on the same floor. On the loft there are two further bedrooms, each with double beds (1.90 m x 2.20 m) and en-suite bathrooms, which also offer fantastic views of the Ionian Sea and the unique sunrises.

The central point of the outdoor area is the magnificent 65 sqm infinity swimming pool (0.9-1.6 m deep) and a spacious terrace, which is built higher up almost to the sea and also offers a Jacuzzi. The garden is full of plants of the local flora of Porto Roma, which is drier than the rest of the island. If you want to spend the day in the villa not only dreaming, swimming and sleeping, in addition to the kitchen of the interior, there is also a well-equipped barbecue on the terrace, so that cooking, eating and enjoying is also possible at the large outdoor dining table in the privacy of the villa.

About the location:

From the garden a short path leads over stones directly down to the sea. Here, when the sea is calm, the access can be used for swimming. The nearest sandy beach is about 100 meters away from the villas, where you can also find a tavern with traditional Greek food. Villas Arismary Luxury are located directly on the coast about 1,5 km from the village of Vasilikos and in about 1 km you can find the next supermarket.

Here in the area of Porto Roma you can discover an undisturbed life amidst special vegetation and flora. Among other things, the picturesque beach of Gerakas is not far away (1.5 km), which is part of the Natura 2000 nature reserve. This is the home of the monk seals and sea turtles during their nesting season. If you like active holidays, there are several routes and paths to Skopos, the only mountain in the area. Its peak was dedicated to the goddess Artemis in ancient times. In Vassililos you can see and buy different kinds of handicrafts or try an ouzo in one of the taverns that serve delicious local food.

The beautiful capital Zakynthos, which is 16 kilometres away, can be reached in a 30 minute drive.
