Surrounded by lush greenery and adjacent to a picturesque path that in a short walk, only 400 meters away, leads the visitor to the well-organized Vrachinari beach and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1301143.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 15 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid on site upon arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 50% of the rental cost is due on arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 50 days before arrival, the guest will receive a voucher to the value of the deposit paid. If canceled less than 50 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
