The main entrance of Villa ATHENA leads into the living and dining area and the open kitchen. The dining and living area (with fireplace) is on the right side. The view of the sea is breathtaking from all three rooms. To the left of the main entrance and upstairs is a master bedroom with a super king bed with private bathroom with hydro-massage tub and a private balcony. On the pool level there are two bedrooms, the one on the left has its own entrance and bathroom. The room on the right is a suite with a sofa (this room can be closed) and an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas (pool). On the first floor there are 2 more bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and 2 single bedrooms each (one is rather dark). There are also two storage rooms, a laundry room and another bathroom. The bright white interiors and exteriors and subtle tasteful decorations reflect the myconic elegance for which the island is known, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the spirit of the island. The renovated luxury property features daily complimentary maid service - 24/7 CCTV surveillance around the perimeter of the property - so trespassers can be spotted, Netflix - to quench your thirst for relaxing adventures, flat screen TVs - so everyone can watch, backup generators - to counter the frequent local power outages, a desalination plant - so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages, and 24/7 gate access control. The pool can be heated for a fee.
