The approach to Villa OLYMPIA is exceptional, the main courtyard is suitable for official VVIP requirements and is flanked by numerous outdoor and indoor parking spaces. The impressive entrance is adorned with an exquisite black and white mosaic floor medallion, and the heavy wooden door opens into the expansive living/dining room. Two kitchens are located just off the dining room, and both are fully equipped for VVIP dining (one is a professional kitchen). The ocean views are breathtaking from both the dining and living rooms. Just to the right of the main entrance are two master bedrooms with one king and one queen bed sharing two bathrooms; each room has French doors offering exceptional views, the bedroom on the right has a loft that can sleep one or two more people. A separate entrance leads to the pool guest bedroom with a super king size bed and en-suite bathroom. On the upper level are two exclusive master bedrooms: the one on the left has an en-suite bathroom and an exquisite private balcony offering privileged views of the property and the sea. The bedroom on the right has a walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and incredible views from its own spacious balcony. On the lower level, there is a TV/game room, an office with a desk, a "Red-Antler" dressing/make-up room, and an exquisite mirrored room - which offers additional space for clothes - as well as a Turkish sauna. There is also a guest bathroom. A third large, professional, fully equipped kitchen (with walk-in refrigerator and additional pantry) and 3 storage rooms provide plenty of space for party or event preparation and support the two kitchens on the floor above. There are two staff rooms with 2 twin beds per room, and each room has its own bathroom. An elevator runs through the three floors.

The Alberto Pinto-inspired frescoes that adorn the walls with images from Greek mythology are original works created in honor of the Olympic Games that took place in Greece in 2004. World-renowned designer Alberto Pinto wanted the colors and designs of the interiors to distract and inspire guests from the stunning natural beauty of the island. The curved furniture is meant to complement the island's unique rounded Cycladic architecture, where 90-degree angles are almost non-existent. The unique experience of entering the Pinto-inspired villa provides the intended superior cocooning effect.
