Villa PINTO has a barbecue area and an outdoor dining area, nestled among the lush vegetation of the pergolas, with a magnificent view of the sea. There are sunny and shaded areas (all day long) in front of the 135 sqm infinity pool that flows into the Aegean horizon - and you still have less than a two-minute walk to the sea (still within the property). The main entrance of Villa PINTO leads into the dining and living area (with fireplace), and the kitchen is right next to the dining room. The view of the sea is breathtaking from the living room and the view of the pool from the dining room is enticing. On the right side of the main entrance is a master bedroom with a king-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the upper level are two more bedrooms, the one on the left with a private balcony and a bathroom. The room on the right has an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas including the pool. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms: the independent bedroom has a super king-size double bed with en-suite bathroom; the soft bedroom (suite) offers two single beds and a private bathroom. The renovated luxury property features daily complimentary maid service, 24/7 perimeter video surveillance - to help track down trespassers, Netflix - to quench your thirst for relaxing adventures, flat-screen TVs - so everyone can watch, backup generators - to counter the frequent local power outages, a desalination plant - so you can ignore the frequent local water shortages - and 24/7 access control. These are original works created in honor of the Olympic Games that took place in Greece in 2004. World-renowned designer Alberto Pinto wanted the rich colors and designs of the interiors to distract guests from the island's stunning natural beauty, and the curved furniture is meant to complement the island's unique rounded Cycladic architecture, where 90-degree angles are almost non-existent. In contrast to the interiors, the exterior of Villa PINTO draws on the magnificent fiery colored stone carved walls and wide stone slabs to blend in with the natural zeitgeist of the island's wild side.
