Blue Caves Villas is a private, peaceful and romantic villa complex consisting of six traditional Zakynthian stone houses. The villas are situated in an excellent location with direct access to the sea and the legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. They have been designed with the greatest care and are luxuriously and comfortably furnished, using only natural materials that are in harmony with the environment. The construction method combines traditional stone house architecture with high quality design and allows panoramic views of the vineyards, the sea and the natural landscape.

About the Villa:

Deep Blue Villa towers majestically on the cliff and offers a breathtaking panoramic view. The villa was built in the Zakynthian tradition with natural stone and decorated very individually. It has 4 spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large private infinity pool (12 m x 5 m, 1.40 m deep) with adjacent hydromassage pool and direct access to the sea and also to one of the famous Blue Caves. It is the perfect choice for a family or a group of friends (capacity 8 to 9 people).

On the ground floor there is a comfortable bedroom with double bed and private shower room and another bedroom with 2 large single beds and private shower room. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed and its own shower room. All bedrooms offer excellent sea views. The two bedrooms on the ground floor of the main house also have small kitchenettes, private entrances and terraces.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and includes: Cookware, gas stove, gas/electric oven, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of room for the whole family to join in the meal, whether it is preparing the food or chatting about the adventures of the day.

The villa has various options and offers the perfect space for indoor and outdoor dining. There are dining tables in the kitchen and in the living room, as well as on the 80 sqm covered balcony with stunning sea views.

Guest house
The fourth bedroom (1x double bed and 1x single bed) of the Deep Blue Villa is located in a private, separate and comfortable 60 sqm guest house overlooking the sea, pool and Kefalonia with a capacity for 2-3 persons. It has its own entrance, an open kitchen and a large bathroom with tub, is fully equipped with household appliances, TV, Hi-Fi and air-conditioned and offers the fantastic view of the blue sea.

About the location:

The villas are surrounded by nature on one of the last untouched areas in the northern part of the island of Zakynthos 3 kilometers from the marina Agios Nikolaos, where you can find a supermarket, cafes and taverns. Blue Cave Villas are located on a private plot of over 40.000 sqm with breathtaking panoramic sea views and are also only 150 meters from the sea, in the northeastern part of Zakynthos, Alikes, Vassilikos and the Kefalonia Islands. The nearest tavern is within walking distance of 1200 meters and the nearest beach is also only 3 kilometers away from the villas.

A part of the legendary and worth seeing "Blue Caves" are located directly below the villas.
