The two-story main house of nearly 185 square meters offers four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a storage room.

First floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Both rooms with patio doors leading to the terrace, kitchen, living room with dining area, large patio doors leading to the terrace, jacuzzi and infinity pool.

Second floor: master double bedroom (king-size) with en-suite bathtub and 1 bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower for two. Both bedrooms share a balcony with sea views.

The spacious outdoor living-dining area, surrounded by olive groves, the incomparable view of the Ionian Sea, equally breathtaking from all rooms, the dazzling infinity pool (12m x 6m, 0.9-1.65m deep) and the outdoor Jacuzzi invite you to spend time with family and friends. Villa Tatiana is located 1600 m outside the coastal village of Agios Stefanos with its intimate atmosphere. The beautiful beaches at Kerasia are within easy reach, while Avlaki with sailing, windsurfing and water sports, Agni with excellent tavernas and Kassiopi (4 km distance) with its lively nightlife and diffrent shops are just a short drive away on the coastal road.

Agios Stefanos on the northeast coast of Corfu is favored for its low-key atmosphere. The small bay is surrounded by green slopes that offer fascinating views over the Ioan Sea and the mountains of Albania. Yachts and small boats are always anchored in the picturesque bay of Agios Stefanos, the small coastal village offers several waterfront tavernas, bars and some small supermarkets and boat rentals. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available at the beach of Agios Stefanos. The beach is pebbly and it is recommended to use bathing shoes, however, the water is crystal clear and the beach is far less crowded than in larger resorts, especially in July and August.

Larger beaches are a few minutes drive away: Kerasia, Avlaki, Kassiopi and Kalami.
