On 6,000 sqm of private land directly by the sea, the two villas together offer 520 sqm of living space. Villa Barbara:

The large living room with an exclusive F-design cheminee, lit in the evening, creates an orgy of flames reflected in the blue of the Ionian Sea.

It continues into a fully equipped modern kitchen and an airy, bright dining room, our view room. In this area, it was important to us to create a sense of freedom and emphasise the immediate proximity to the sea. Large sliding windows that can be opened completely and disappear into the wall. This extends the space to the terrace and gives an incomparable feeling of merging inside and outside. The glass enclosure of the terrace is only for security, but leaves the view unobstructed - nothing disturbs the eye - it gives the feeling of being on the deck of a ship or a seagull on the sea. The large terrace runs all around and also connects the two bedrooms.

In addition, one bedroom has a direct exit to the private infinity pool (heated free of charge, up to 28 degrees depending on the outside temperature), ideal for dipping in even at midnight.

Villa Barbara has been consistently designed to be modern yet homely as well as comfortable. It was important to create an absolute feel-good atmosphere in both villas.

Villa Christina:

The villa is slightly elevated and already offers a wonderful view of the pool and the garden from the living area. But from the first floor the view is simply spectacular. The panoramic view extends over the garden, the pool and the barbecue area to far over the sea. Now we are on a large covered terrace and here an original Brunswick pool table invites you to play. Whether you want to play or just enjoy the view is up to you, in any case you will enjoy the special atmosphere. Villa Christina has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The beautiful villa captivates with a charming mix of modern and antique. Throughout the garden area there are various terraces, hidden and open favourite spots to discover. All terraces and paths have been lovingly designed with local natural stones. The colours of the stones were adopted in the choice of colours for the villas and the furnishings to create a harmonious overall picture.
This brings peace to the senses and relaxation begins immediately.

Location:

Villas Viva la Diva is located directly on the east coast of the wonderfully green island of Corfu in the Ionian Sea with wonderful panoramic views. There is a small sandy beach directly below and also a jetty from which the landlord's private yacht can be chartered.

The worth seeing capital of the island Krinakia (Corfu Town) is only 16 km away and always invites you to visit. The sightseeing of the beautiful town is certainly worth an excursion. The Sissi Castle Achileion can be found just 6 km away.

Many beautiful sandy beaches in the area lend themselves to additional excursions.
