French doors lead directly to the lounge-furnished and shaded terrace and to a shaded outdoor dining area on the second terrace. On this floor you will also find two of the four bedrooms with access to the pool area and garden, additionally equipped with satellite TV and en-suite bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and the second has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m). A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.

The interior staircase leads to the likewise very attractive and spacious upper floor with two further bedrooms, each with satellite TV and balcony. One of the two bedrooms offers a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), which can also be converted into a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. A cot and high chair can be provided on request.

The splendid Mediterranean garden with colourful geraniums, pines, cypress and olive trees, begonias and fragrant lavender offers private space for the villas own swimming pool (size 45 sqm, depth 0.80 m - 1.70 m), which guarantees many hours of fun and relaxation, additionally enhanced by the outdoor Jacuzzi. Due to the proximity of the beaches, a refreshing swim in the sea is always a welcome option. A barbecue area and private parking spaces are of course also available on the 1300 square metre plot.
