The luxurious Villa Acaste is a modern villa surrounded by greenery, designed to meet the needs of a group or a family of 6 people and can accommodate two additional guests on the lower floor.

On the ground floor there is a bright, modern equipped kitchen with open plan living and dining area and access to the shaded and furnished veranda and pool area. Additionally, on this floor there is a tasteful bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.10 m, with comfortable cocomat mattresses), which can also be converted into two single beds, with access to the terrace. There is also one of the three modern bathrooms on this floor.

A staircase leads to the first floor of the beautiful Villa Acaste. In addition to an attractive bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.10 m, comfortable cocomat mattresses) that can be converted into a double bed, this level also boasts the master bedroom ( 1.80 m x 2.10 m, comfortable cocomat mattress) with en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished balcony that offers uninterrupted views over the surrounding olive groves. There is also another modern bathroom on the first floor for the already mentioned secondary bedroom.

The spacious basement offers a games room with billiard table and a sofa bed that could be used for two more guests. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and ironing board on this floor.

The outdoor area impresses with its large pool area including sunbathing area and lounge. The pool size is 12.4 m x 5.0 m with a depth of 1.05 m - 1.50 m and thus offers a lot of space for relaxation, sports and games. In addition to the spacious green areas, the garden, which lies under olive trees, offers a children's playground, fitness equipment and also an outdoor barbecue for cosy culinary hours at the house. An outdoor shower is available, as well as private parking in the fenced and also very private outdoor area of Villa Acaste.

About the location:

The surrounding area of the villas is called "Al-Myra", is characterized by olive groves, vineyards and citrus orchards and is only a few steps away from the isolated Kanouli beach, which can only be reached by a steep staircase due to the cliff. Another very close beach, only 650 metres away is Sidi beach and 1200 metres away is Prasoudi beach.

The nearest tavern is 1200 metres away.

The villas are located 5 kilometres from the nearest picturesque village of Agios Matheos, built at the foot of the Gamelion mountain with its unique alleys. There is a small supermarket for shopping. A beautiful path with holm oaks connects the village with the Holy Monastery of Pantokrator on the top of the mountain.

Another important part of the area is the Halikounas beach and the Korissions lake running parallel to it. The Korission Lake is a nature reserve and offers shelter to many rare bird species, flamingos and cormorants as well as various species of sand orchids. There is also a beautiful old cedar forest along the dunes.
The beach of Halikounas, only 3 kilometres away, is an endless sandy beach, famous among kite surfers. On the way to Halikounas you will also meet Gardiki Castle, a 13th century Byzantine castle whose walls still show visible elements of its ancient structure.
