The beautiful Villa Augustus can accommodate up to four adults and two children up to the age of 11 in a total of 115 square meters of living space.
On the first floor there is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom and a living room. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a double king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Inspired by the Mediterranean way of life, the cozy character is created by natural surfaces and earth tones.
Comfortable cushions and hand-picked furniture contribute to a warm atmosphere.
A personal space to unwind and feel the summer breeze is the private veranda, which features a refreshing private pool (8m x 4m, plus 1.8m x 4m for shallow entry) with sun loungers and cushions. The barbecue area invites you to enjoy convivial evenings with friends and family.

Villa Augustus is only 400m from the nearest sandy beach and 700m from the nearest taverna. The village of Agio Mattheos is 2.6 km away, where there is also a taverna and a supermarket.
Paramonas is an unspoiled area in the west of Corfu with hills and dramatic cliffs dotted with olive trees, pines, firs and vineyards. Here you will find the best microclimate with almost daily breezes offering a very clean sea and high temperatures during the summer days. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy land and sea through a variety of activities.
