Two beautiful and luxurious villas have been built on a plot of 5,000 sqm to offer you moments of absolute peace and relaxation. The breathtaking view will inspire you from the first moment. The villas were built in a traditional style with modern minimalist elements. The large glass doors and windows reflect the sky and sea. Each of the two villas has a plot of 2,500 sqm and each has a private pool and outdoor facilities. Plants and palisades give the villas absolute privacy.

Villa Elia Falassarna with 135 sqm in slope is built over two floors. The main entrance takes you to the top floor, where you enter the sunny living room and dining area. In the living room there is a large corner sofa, the two parts of which can be converted into two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m) with comfortable coco mattresses for sleeping. A 43-inch LED TV and DVD and CD players are available for entertainment. Through the large glass doors you can enjoy the blue colours of the Falassarna sea and the Hellenic sky. A veranda with pergola is located in front of the living room with a round table for 4-6 people, which is available for outdoor dining with a view of the sea. The living room provides access to the pool area with sunbathing area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that makes a kitchen complete - refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso as well as filter coffee machine, toaster, mixer, boiler, pots and pans are available. A wooden dining table for 4-6 persons is also available with a view of the bay of Falasarna.

The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the bedrooms the colours of the Cretan landscape dominate. The grey of the rocky Cretan mountains, the brown of the sand and the green of the olive trees. One bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and the second with two single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. Lie down on the COCO MAT mattresses and the comfortable pillow system and enjoy peaceful nights. The entire laundry equipment bears the signature of COCO-MAT, known for its high-quality organic products. Each bedroom has its own television. The comfortable villa has a central cooling and heating system that can be individually controlled by the guests in their bedrooms to meet their special needs. The villa is also suitable for winter holidays as the underfloor heating provides ideal conditions.

On the lower floor are the two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each of the two bedrooms has a 43" LED TV available and also enjoys sea views. Access to the terrace and outdoor area is also possible from here.

The SPA area on the ground floor has an indoor Jacuzzi for 4 people with a wide range of programmes and a sauna, which offer the guests of the villa additional possibilities for relaxation and enjoyment. Combine this offer with swimming in the pool or in the sea and hiking in the peaceful region.

The outdoor area is designed in different levels, all of them offering a breathtaking view of the endless blue of the Mediterranean Sea. On the first level there is a large hill full of recently planted trees and shrubs. On the next level is the 52 sqm private pool, which is heated during the winter months. There is also the outdoor Jacuzzi for 2 people. Guests can sunbathe on the comfortable wooden loungers. A dining area for up to 6 people with pergola is on the same level. A barbecue gives you the opportunity to grill and cook local products. On the next level is the outdoor living room. The stone sofa with fluffy cushions is the ideal choice for the daily sunsets that can be watched from there.
The younger guests can enjoy the playground on the lowest level near the living room, where there are also benches to allow the adults to relax. A tennis table is provided also.
The guests have access to their own vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables.

Villa Elia Falasarna is located 1000 meters from Falassarna beach, famous for its white sand and crystal clear water. Guests can easily reach it by car or, for those who love exercise, on foot. At a distance of 1800 m there is a mini-market and at 800 m there are traditional Cretan taverns. The next village Platanos is 6 km away.
