Location:
The villa is located approximately 1,000 meters outside the village of Gramvousa and approximately 5 km from the well-known coastal town of Falassarna. There you will find taverns, cafes, a supermarket, and the wide sandy beach of Falassarna with water sports facilities. From the villa, you can reach the nearest tavern and mini-market 2.5 km away. The nearest larger coastal town of Kissamos is only 9 km away and its harbor is 6 km away, from where sightseeing boats depart for the surrounding area.
The nearest airport is Chania Airport, which is 60 km from Villa Tierra.

The climate resilience tax applicable in Greece of up to €15 per day may be payable locally upon arrival.
Payment terms
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due up to 61 days before arrival. The remaining 50% of the rental cost must be paid upon arrival.
For cancellations up to 61 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. For cancellations after that date and up to the date of arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 61 days prior to arrival, 0% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is canceled within the last 60 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be retained as a cancellation fee.
