Description
Villa Maria is ideal for family or group vacations (4-6 people) and is the frontmost of the three villas. The ground-floor house is suitable for guests with limited mobility.
All windows and large glass doors face south and the terraces. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table, which is open to the living room, which is equipped with a Smart TV and a sofa bed. In front of it are the private pool and terraces, offering quick access to the outdoors. The house has Wi-Fi, kitchen utensils, fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee maker.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (1x double bed, 1x two single beds), each with its own bathroom, to the left and right of the living room.
Terrace and a small garden (40 square meters), which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands on the southernmost edge of Europe.
The outdoor area has a private pool (28 sqm) with sunbathing area around it. A shaded cozy dining area is also available.

Villa Maria is located in Galini, just 15 km east of the lively small town of Irapetra. The sandy beach of Agia Fotia is 1.2 km away and the nearest restaurant is 1.3 km away. The nearest mini market is just 50 m from the villa.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1290843.

Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 28 days prior to arrival, 0% cancellation fee will be charged. If a booking is canceled between 27-7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If canceled 6 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged.
