The two modern Sea View Villas (Villa Kallia and Villa Antheklia) are ideally situated on a 5 hectare plot, offering a fantastic view of the bay of Agia Pelagia and a beautiful panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the lush olive groves of the surrounding area. Both villas each have a large private swimming pool (3.5 m x 10 m) and a private Mediterranean garden.

Each of the two villas is built on one level and offers a living room with a modern design, open to the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Also from here the view of the blue shimmering sea dominates and access to the furnished terrace is possible. There are three very comfortable bedrooms, two of which have double beds and en-suite bathroom and the third has two single beds. There is also an extra bathroom with shower and an additional toilet.

The outdoor area with its extensive garden offers plenty of space for relaxation, fun and games. The highlight is certainly the private swimming pool with children's area and surrounding sunbathing areas. For cozy evenings at the house, the outdoor barbecue area is available to guests. Outside shower and private parking spaces are also available.
