Cremnos Restaurant: The idea behind "Cremnos" is to create a food oasis where we take inspiration from traditional Greek cuisine and reinterpret classic recipes from the past with a modern twist. We use hand-picked, organic, fresh ingredients from small farms on the island.

Yoga: Escape the stressful daily routine and take time for yourself. Rebalance yourself with our daily yoga sessions at Asana Yoga Shala. If you've never tried yoga before, you can count on our instructors to introduce you to this redefining experience.

Bath House: the Byzantine Hammam Bath House, was inspired by the archaic idea of Hammams with their original concept: places of rejuvenation and cleanliness, where the purification of the body went hand in hand with the purification of the soul

The distance from the city center and the port of Heraklion is only 18 km, enough to offer the tranquility of a retreat, but less than 20 minutes drive from city life. Mononaftis Bay is located in the beautiful area of Agia Pelagia, one of the quietest areas near the city.
