The Altera Cave Villas consist of 4 private suites, which have capacities from 3 to 4 persons. Each suite offers an independent terrace with private pool (28 sqm; 1.50 m deep) and access to a garden. The beautiful view of the sea invites you to linger.
Suite Terra is offered for up to 4 people and is equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), there is a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. An extra bed can be made possible on the sofa bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) in the living room, as well as for a fourth guest in an extra bed.

Above all, the location of the property is unique. The suites are only 100 m away from the sea and the beach, and the village of Agios Pavlos, 3 km away, offers various dining and shopping facilities.
Agios Pavlos is a very small coastal village in the south of Crete, which is very suitable for individual holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The small village is situated between the harbour town of Agia Galini and Triopetra and further west Preveli and Plakias and offers a few small tavernas and a mini-market.
The many beautiful beaches in the area offer unconditional space for recreation.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 50% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 50% of the rental cost is due prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 31 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due. If a booking is cancelled less than 31 days prior to arrival, 50%, or in the case of no-show 100% of the total rental cost, will be charged as a cancellation fee.
