Premium Altera Cave Villas consist of 4 private suites Hebe, Quarania, Sun and Terra which have capacities of up to 3 people each. Each offers an independent terrace with private pool (28 sqm; 1.50 m deep) and access to a garden. The beautiful view of the sea invites you to linger.
The Premium Villas are each equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen with adjoining design living room and a double bedroom (1.80 m x 2.00 m), there is an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. An extra bed for a possible 3rd guest can be offered on the sofa bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) in the living room.
The bedrooms are equipped with high-quality Coco-Mat mattresses for healthy and restful sleep.
At the heart of Altera is "ΤΡΙΥΑ Wellness" – a triangular space designed for movement, silence and renewal. Surrounded by breathtaking views of the Libyan Sea, Triya Wellness offers yoga and meditation classes, fitness equipment, a spa area and a hammam. A special place has been created within the estate, where peace and vitality meet.
Right next to it, the "LAPIS Theater", our cozy open-air stone theater, offers a natural meeting place for events, rituals, lectures, performances or quiet moments under the Cretan sky.

About the location:
The location of the property is particularly unique. The villas are located just 100 m from the sea and the beach and offer various dining and shopping options in the village of Agios Pavlos, 3 km away.
Agios Pavlos is a very small coastal town in the south of Crete, which is very suitable for individual holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. The small village is located between the harbour town of Agia Galini and Triopetra and further west to Preveli and Plakias and offers some small taverns and a mini market.
The many beautiful beaches in the area offer unconditional freedom for relaxation.
The villa holds the license of the Greek Tourist Authority with the number 1041E60000043100.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. The payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is to be made 15 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 31 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged. If a booking is cancelled within the last 30 days of arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
