Villa Lagremha is an exclusive natural stone villa with a private infinity pool, wonderful sea view and is located within walking distance to the beach. Located on a private plot of 19000 sqm, this villa offers all the amenities desired for a relaxing vacation and is away from any hustle and bustle.

The skillfully designed natural stone villa has four comfortable bedrooms, all of which have access to the outdoor terraces and two of which have a double bed (1.8m x 2.0m), and each has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (0.9m x 2.0m) that can be converted into a double bed. Two more modern bathrooms with shower are available next to it. On one level, the living room offers a fantastic view of the pool and the silvery-blue shimmering sea behind it through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and thus also allows free access to the furnished terrace including the shaded dining area. The light-filled space includes a modern and brightly designed kitchen. Different corners with two seating areas of the spacious living room allow simultaneous but independent activities. The kitchen is low maintenance and fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and of course a large refrigerator with freezer. A second large refrigerator for storage is still available.

All rooms are fully air-conditionable and in the cooler season can also be fully warmed by underfloor heating. Electric blinds are installed on the windows for a healthy sleep, as well as mosquito nets.

On a shaded part of the extensive terraces, equipped with a large dining table and additional lounge corner, the outdoor area provides a cozy extension of the living room. The natural stone style of the interior is continued in the outdoor area, resulting in a soothing harmony.

The 50 sqm infinity pool offers a fantastic connection to the Libyan Sea, is 1.5 m deep as well as 10 m long and is great for swimming, but also offers a playful shallow part with waterfall and air jets.
The villa is designed for a large family or friends traveling together. The many sitting areas, the pool, and the large terraces are ideal to support the different interests of mixed age groups as well as families.

Agios Pavlos is a very small coastal village in the south of Crete, which is very suitable for individual vacationers seeking peace and quiet. The small village is located between the harbor town of Agia Galini and Triopetra and then further west Preveli as well as Plakias and offers some small tavernas and a mini-market.
Agios Pavlos is famous for its jagged rock formation which lies on the hill in front of the no less beautiful dune beach. Both can be easily combined and are certainly worth a visit or a beach day.
The next larger village is Spili, 27 kilometers away, with its famous monastery and Venetian lion fountain, where you can find larger shops, cafes, and taverns.
The beautiful harbor town of Rethymno, 57 kilometers away, with its charismatic old town and many historical sights, you should not miss a longer visit.
