The villa blends perfectly with the stunning surroundings, providing all the conditions for a relaxing experience with all the luxuries, in a very unobtrusive way, experiencing the special landscape of South Crete.
Using local materials, the "green" roof was also created, reducing the need for air conditioning use. The carport with awnings provides shade for two cars and a charging facility for an electric car. The property supplies electricity to the grid all year round, allowing it to responsibly heat the pool and hammam.
SeaCrete is a 220 sqm villa with 3 bedrooms on one level, a beautiful infinity pool, an open plan kitchen and dining area around a covered terrace with sliding doors offering a unique 'inside out' experience. There is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two further bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating for the colder months. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron.
In the basement there is a 50 sqm sports and TV room (cross trainer and table tennis table).
The hammam and an additional shower room and toilet are located next to the terrace of the heated swimming pool. The 4000 sqm plot sloping down to the sea has stairs leading you to the stony, turquoise and calm bay as well as to the sea. The view is breathtaking - from the house you can see the sea, the nearby rocks and the islands of Paximadia.
Bed linen, towels, cleaning during the week are included in the price, pool heating is free from May to October.

Villa SeaCrete is located about 3km from the small coastal village of Agios Pavlos, where a mini market and tavernas can be found. The sea and a small pebble beach are not far from the villa and can be reached via steps leading down the slope.
The picturesque harbour town of Agia Galini is only 15 km away and the worth seeing village of Spili with monastery and the famous Venetian fountain is 27 km away.
The villa is licensed by the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1231220.

Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Wir verbrachten zu siebt 10 Tage in diesem Haus. Wir haben es sehr genossen: Blick aufs Meer, gefühlt Alleinlage, Ruhe pur, liebevolle Ausstattung (wie vom Bauherrn für sich selbst geplant), 2 Badeplätze zu Fuß erreichbar, viel Platz im Haus und auf den Terrassen, sogar Sauna / Dampfbad. Im UG Raum für Sport und Tischtennis. Die Anfahrt erfolgt im letzten Stück über Schotterpisten (wie auf Kreta öfters), sind mit normalem PKW gut möglich. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort ist prima. Übergabe + Rückgabe nett und unkompliziert. Nach Unwetter (Ausläufer vom Wirbelsturm in Griechenland Festland) fiel das Wasser aus und das Zufahrtstor. Wurde jeweils kurzfristig behoben. Reinigung vom Haus und Pool alle 3 bis 4 Tage. Zum Einkaufen und zu Tavernen muss etwas gefahren werden, das ist der Preis für die Alleinlage. Strände sind mit PKW einige in 10 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar. Unser Favorit ist der kleine Triopetra Beach mit 2 netten Tavernen und gratis Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Unser Heimflug ging erst Abends. Wir durften unkompliziert bis nachmittags im Haus bleiben. Danke!

Wir waren zu dritt 7 Tage in diesem Haus, ein absoluter Traum mit Meerblick, das jeden Tag zum geniessen einlädt. Die Übergabe funktionierte unkompliziert, wir konnten das Haus früher beziehen. Der nahegelegene Steinstrand mit glasklarem Wasser war ebenfalls ein Highlight und jederzeit wohltuend für eine Abkühlung. Wenn man die Ruhe sucht und einen Traumurlaub verbringen möchte, ist das der richtige Platz.
