The living space is spread over three floors. It is equipped with five bedrooms, two of them with French beds (large), one with two single beds and two bedrooms with French beds (small) equipped with high-quality Coconut mattresses. There are also three bathrooms (one of them en-suite) each with toilet and shower, as well as a guest toilet .
On the second floor, which is also the entrance level, there is an open plan living area with comfortable couches, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dining area you reach through a large glass door a dining area on the veranda with beautiful views of the sea. Below are three bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor, from which the private infinity pool can be reached via a jetty. On the first floor there are again two bedrooms with a bathroom.
The beautiful outdoor area offers a garden, barbecue, infinity swimming pool 5 x 10 m (1.5 m depth) with integrated children's area 0.5 m depth. Pure luxury here too!

The villa is only 290 meters from the beach in Loutraki and offers a gigantic view of the bay of Loutraki.
Cafe and tavern can be found on this beach. More restaurants and a cafe are in 1.5 meters distance at Marathi bay, which has three beautiful beaches ready. The nearest village is less than 3 kilometers away, where you will find a mini-market, bakery and pharmacy. The small village of Sternes can be reached in just 8 minutes on foot. The airport of Chania is in 9 km distance, city center of Chania in 17 km and the port of Chania Souda in 16 km distance.

The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fees will apply. If a reservation is cancelled less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
