Olea Villas are two luxurious independent villas situated on a four hectare piece of land in an olive grove. The villas offer a wonderful view of the blue shimmering Loutraki Bay. Built of natural stone, they are an architectural delight with airy rooms and large windows. The pastel interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with comfort and luxury.
The living space includes 150 sqm and spreads over three floors with three bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms(two of them in the basement, one upstairs). The bedrooms each consist of a queen bed, coconut mattresses, television, DVD player and en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms each have a toilet and shower.
On the first floor is the open plan living area with comfortable couches, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the dining area you can reach a dining area on the veranda with beautiful views of the sea through a large glass door. From the living area, the private infinity pool can be reached via the terrace.
The beautiful outdoor area offers a garden, barbecue, infinity swimming pool 4 x 8 m (1.5 m depth) with integrated children's area 0.5 m depth and a heated Jacuzzi.

The two houses are only 170 meters from the shallow sandy beach of Loutraki. The sheltered bay with crystal clear turquoise waters offers sun loungers, umbrellas, a small cafe for simple lunches and a restaurant serving traditional Cretan cuisine.
The nearest village with mini-market, bakery and pharmacy is barely 3 km away. Several taverns, cafes and bars can also be found 1.3 km away on the beautiful beach of Marathi.
