The practical layout of the villa and outdoor area makes summer living easy, while the heated pool with salt filtration system (14.40m x 4.10m) is a magnet for children and adults. Right next to the swimming pool is a dining area for up to 14 people, covered with a shady pergola, and a barbecue area. The organized sandy beach of Agios Onoufrios and the nearest restaurant is only a 10-minute walk (850 m) from the residence. The nearest supermarket is 1200 m away and so is the village square.
