The exclusive and tastefully furnished villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom, and features a modern kitchen with a large appealing living and dining area. The living area offers direct access to the outdoor terrace, which is equipped with seating and dining areas.
The pool (10m x 5m, 1.1m - 1.6m deep) is just a few steps away. Sea and sunset views can be enjoyed from all living areas of the villa and from the master bedroom on the upper floor. Three bedrooms with a common living room and service area can be found on the lower first floor. Bed linen, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer and iron are provided.

There are patios, terraces and balconies on the way from the living areas to the pool. A private parking space is available and also a shared tennis court. The pool is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas and offers space for comfortable and also fun hours outdoors.

Villa Poseidon is located 2.3 km from the village of Tersanas, about 8 km from Kounoupidiana and about 4 km from the famous seaside resort of Stavros. The nearest beach Macherida (only for adulds) can be found in only 500 meters, several sandy beaches in 1,3 kilometers to 4 kilometers distance and the nearest restaurant in about 1 km. Several taverns and excellent restaurants are located in the next bigger village Kounoupidiana.
The villa has the license of the Greek Tourism Authority with the number 1281204.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 45 days prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
