The Luxury Residence is a newly designed eco-friendly luxury environment of 340 sqm in Anissaras near Heraklion, the capital of the island. A walk along the road and down the path to the beach; one of the most beautiful beaches where you can find the warm and crystal clear waters of the Cretan sea.

The magnificent garden with native and Cretan trees also carries guests through time and space. The unique element is the beautiful private pool, barbecue and jacuzzi.

There is a large modern kitchen open plan to the airy and beautiful living room with dining area due to the ceiling height. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped and located on the ground floor. An additional sleeping accommodation with bathroom is located in the basement flat, where you will also find the home cinema. Simple, locally designed, handmade furniture and decoration are arranged to easily transform the space into a relaxed and tranquil living area with an integrated sound system to satisfy even the most specific needs. In addition, home cinema, a home audio system, karaoke and a PlayStation are available.

The outdoor area consists of a beautiful garden with stone walls, an open-air kitchen, a large barbecue area with dining area and a shower. However, the unique element is the beautiful as well as long private pool (12m x 6m, 1.6m deep), which offers you a hydro-massage to complete the feeling of relaxation and luxury. The private Jacuzzi completes the overwhelming experience. The outdoor area is a unique place to pamper your body and mind and enjoy the magical surroundings of the island. There is also a playground, table tennis table and private/secured parking for our guests with a remote controlled entrance gate.

The nearest beach is only about 700 metres from Villa Opsis Regent Living. All this in a private setting and yet within easy reach (23 km/30 minutes) of the international airport and the capital Heraklion with its national museum and old town worth seeing. The location offers the ideal contrast between the tranquillity one seeks to relax, yet is close to city life, historical sites, public beaches and mountain villages. Sandy beaches are just a short drive from the villa, with shopping, tavernas, tourist attractions and ancient sites. The Minoan palace of Knossos is close to Heraklion and only 27 km from the villa.
