Beach House Arvi with a particularly private atmosphere, offers a relaxing home for your vacation directly on the sandy beach in the south of Crete. The offer of extensive amenities and additional services ensure a sure guarantee of pure enjoyment.

The exclusive luxury villa consists of the main house, the guest house block connected to the main house, and an additional separate guest house directly by the sea. The luxury resort has a private as well as a heated infinity pool and allows a gigantic view of the Libyan Sea.
The main entrance leads into the spacious living room with a feel-good character, from where a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains is offered. The open plan living room is connected to the dining room and also to the kitchen, which is professionally equipped and can easily serve cooking for up to 30 people.
The villa including the guest house by the sea has eight bedrooms and additionally two family rooms with two bedrooms each. Thus, 12 bedrooms can accommodate a total of up to 28 guests. The single beds can also be converted into double beds.

The outdoor area offers the villa's guests four covered terraces with comfortable couches and dining tables partly in lounge style, ideal for an outdoor lunch or dinner with magnificent views of the Libyan Sea. A barbecue area is integrated into two of the terraces, and one is located directly on the sea in front of the sandy beach. An outdoor kitchen is also available on one of the terraces.
A lot of relaxation and strength can also be drawn from the well-maintained infinity pool (9 m x 5 m; 1.5 m deep) with sunbathing areas and a magnificent sea view.

Canoe and SUP are available for the guests of Villa Arvi.

Luxury Villa Arvi is located on a large private property in the south of the island in absolute tranquility directly on its own sandy beach 5 kilometers outside the village of Arvi. In the village, you can find restaurants and a supermarket.

Arvi is a very quiet village on the south coast of Crete, located about 40 kilometers west of Ierapetra in the gorge or valley of Arvi. The people of this area live mainly from agriculture, as the mild and warm climate is very favorable to the cultivation of vegetables, bananas and of course olives. The Cretan bananas of Arvi have a particularly good aroma, which is why they are very popular throughout Greece.
The beautiful beaches nearby contribute to the development of tourism in this area, but still, there is a lot of tranquility.
The Lassithi plateau with the mythical Zeus Cave is only 90 kilometers away and also the famous port town of Agios Nikolaos is just under 80 kilometers. Likewise, the Minoan palace of Knossos can be easily reached at a distance of about 70 kilometers.
