Mythic Olive Villa is a two-story house (290 sqm), on a 2,000 sqm private property, able to accommodate 13 people in 6 private bedrooms (two master ensuite).
The exterior of Mythic Olive Villa with private pool (31 sqm, 0.5 - 1m deep) is as enticing as the interior of the house. Beautiful garden, children's playground, barbecue area and much more.

On the upper floor (180 sqm) there is a double bedroom with private bathroom with an additional sofa bed, walk-in closet, hydromassage shower and private balcony with panoramic views of the sunrise, the city of Chania and the bay of Souda. In addition, on this floor there is the premium bedroom, which can be used as a double or twin and offers pool and mountain views, as well as the children's room, which is a comfortable and colorful room and offers two single beds and a wonderful view.

There is an open plan living room with an extra large corner sofa and a spacious dining area of 85 sqm, as well as a separate fully equipped kitchen with another dining table. For winter visitors there is a fireplace and underfloor heating.
The main bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a shower is located on the upper floor and is one of our attractions, which is given a royal touch by the black and white decoration. The Jacuzzi bathtub will relax you at any time of the day when you need it! Furthermore, there is a queen bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom.

The premium bedroom in the basement can be used as a double or twin. There is also another very spacious twin bedroom on this floor, but without windows.

Another open, very bright living room of 52 sqm with a corner sofa and a spacious dining area surrounded by large glass windows that offer direct views of the garden, the city and the sunrise is available! In addition a separate beautiful fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, with direct access to the outdoor dining table is also provided on the lower level. A spacious master bathroom in black and brown with a walk-in shower in the lower level, beautifully decorated, gives you the luxury and comfort you need.

The nearest restaurant is located only 1.3 km away and the nearest mini-market in 900 m. In the village of Peribolia, 3.7 km away, you can find several taverns, cafe and supermarket.

The famous beaches of the west of Crete such as Balos with the island of Gramvousa in front of it and Falasarna can be reached in 50 km. This area is also very suitable for visiting the shell beach of Elafonissi (70 km) and walking through the Samaria Gorge.
