On the lower level of the villa, built on a slope, there are four more bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, one of which has separate and direct access to the garden and pool area. Located only 1400 meters from the nearest beach and on a hillside overlooking the sea, the property is surrounded by handmade stone walls. It contains magnificent gardens with numerous olive trees, flowers, and other Cretan / Mediterranean vegetation. The villas are only 3 km from the town of Elounda and 7 km from the town of Agios Nikolaos, with its traditional tavernas, gourmet restaurants, stores, and nightlife. These two towns also offer marinas for mooring with all related services.

Elounda a vacation destination with many noble accommodations in the wider area. From Elounda, you can reach the former leper island of Spinalonga by boat or by foot to the peninsula of Spinalonga (remains of the sunken city can be seen here). In Elounda, you will find many good restaurants, cafes, bars. The price level is a bit higher than in the rest of Crete, but the quality is right. Some of the taverns in Elounda are built out into the sea. In the center of the harbor, there are several bars, where there is a lot of activity until early in the morning.

The beaches in Elounda are perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Since the bay of Elounda is very protected from the open sea, there are almost never higher waves. Mostly the water is calm like in a bathing lake. Since some beaches have shallow water, these beaches are also well suited for a bathing vacation with children. Popular is for example the beach next to the dam to the peninsula of Elounda. It has received the "Blue Flag" award several times for a particularly clean beach.
