The exclusive and luxurious Villa Black Pearl with 215 sqm living space offers a wonderful view of the offshore islands of Spinalonga, the bay of Elounda and the dazzling sea. It is situated on a 300 sqm plot, which includes a private Infinitiy pool and spacious furnished terraces.
The luxury villa offers a spacious master bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed (1.70 m x 2.10 m) and whirlpool plus shower with a magnificent view of the Cretan sea through the panoramic glass front and access to the large balcony, dressing room and separate toilet. Two further bedrooms (double bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m) with en-suite bath and sea view each are located on the ground floor. In the living area there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area and an open living room with fireplace and access to the terrace. In the basement there is a large fitness room and a home cinema. Here is in additional a big sofa bed for the 7th guest.
In front of the furnished terrace you find the private luxury infinity pool (10 m x 3.5 m), which offers relaxation with panoramic views and an adjoining sunbathing area with a gigantic view of the coast and the island of Spinalonga.
Boat- and sailing tours and other activities can be organized by the owner.
About the location:
Villa Black Pearl is located on the edge of the coastal village Elounda. The nearest tavern, cafe, supermarket and beach are about 2 kilometers from the villa.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is due. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Perfekt!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Kreta und hatten das Glück, dass wir uns für die Villa Black Pearl entschieden haben. Die Bilder der Villa sind absolut real. Der Ausblick auf Elounda und die Bucht von Elounda ist der Wahnsinn. Das Highlight allein ist allerdings nicht nur dieses wunderschöne Haus sondern Yannis der Hausbesitzer. Er ist ein warmherziger unheimlich sympathischer Typ, der sich extrem um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Diskret aber immer ansprechbar. Von uns gibt es 6 Sterne für Haus und für Yannis! Wir haben die letzten Jahre etliche Villen im Mittelmeer Raum gemietet, das war mit Abstand das Beste was wir bisher erlebt haben. Absolut Top, top......, wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Hier passt der Spruch wie kein anderer: Sie kamen als Fremde und gingen als Freunde. Danke für alles!
