This huge six-bedroom villa is full of artwork. There is also a games room with an antique pool table and a library with a grand piano. The living room is surrounded by sea views and features a six-hundred-year-old fireplace. Each of the six bedrooms in the main house has its own bathroom and balcony or terrace. The two-bedroom cottage, located under the tennis court, is just 65 meters away and ideal for a small family. The main house is situated on a hill and consists of three floors, which are divided as follows:

Upper floor - Three bedrooms and a hallway overlooking the living room and entrance hall

Master bedroom with king-size bed, large veranda, decorative fireplace, private balcony and two en-suite bathrooms - one with a large shower and the other with a Jacuzzi bathtub.
Blue room with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony with breathtaking sea views.
Moroccan room with two single beds that can be made up into a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the front of the house with views of an olive grove and the mountains.

First floor - main living areas

Entrance hall on the mountain side leading to a sun-drenched living room with a 600 year old decorative fireplace, high ceilings and access to outdoor terraces with stunning sea views.
Study/library with a Steinway Boston grand piano, wireless broadband internet connection, fax/printer, extensive book collection (classics, bestsellers, non-fiction, etc.) and a balcony with sea and mountain views.
The dining room seats 12 people and has access to the outdoor terraces.
Large, fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool, with a table for 8-10 people and views of the sea and mountains on three sides. Outside there is a table and four comfortable chairs sheltered from the morning sun.

Between and around the dining room and living room is a large terrace with a marble table for 12 people and views of the sea.

Lower first floor - facing the sea

Gounalakis suite with two bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be put together to form a king-size bed. These bedrooms share a living room and a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. They also open onto a covered terrace.
Marinos Suite with one bedroom and a separate sitting area with sofa. The bedroom is equipped with a 2x2m bed, an en-suite shower room and access to a private terrace.
In addition to various storage rooms and a WC, there is a large TV and games room with billiards and satellite channels and French doors leading to the pool area.

Separate cottage - sleeps up to 4 guests (16 guests in total with the main house)

Separate apartment below the tennis court with two bedrooms (one with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment and the other with a double bed (1.60m) and a small en-suite shower room). There is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

Plots and gardens

The infinity pool measures 12 x 6 meters and overflows to the sea side. On three sides is a large terrace with a barbecue and a dining area for at least 12 guests.
The private wooden terrace by the sea is equipped with sun loungers, parasol, drinks fridge and a ladder into the crystal blue sea. But beware, the sea is immediately deep and only suitable for strong swimmers on calm days.
There is a Davis Cup-sized tennis court with an adjacent boules court. Playing equipment can be provided.
The picturesque Greek Orthodox chapel has a beautiful courtyard and magnificent sea views.
There are olive groves and a Roman tank in the grounds, which is protected by Greek antiquities laws.
