Thanks to the 2 separate buildings, the architecture has managed to recreate the feel of traditional Greek towns, with their narrow streets, Cycladic houses and terraces either bathed in the Mediterranean sun or immersed in cool, shady alleys.

The total indoor area extends over 200 sqm, while the outdoor area of 175 sqm offers seven different spaces, so you can all be together on the large terraces or individuals can seek the tranquility of various smaller places.
3 large terrace areas
On the 3 large terraces (outdoor dining area, pool area, second floor terrace) your whole group can gather and enjoy being together wherever you feel like. Or have a drink at the bar near the grill.
4 small and cozy terraces
If you want to retreat to read a book, have a coffee or just relax and enjoy a different view, you can retreat to one of the small terraces located in front of 2 bedrooms or across from Spinalonga.
5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom
With its 3 bedrooms in the main building and 2 more in the separate building, Villa Orea can accommodate up to 10 adults. 4 bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed. Of course, there is air conditioning and wi-fi access throughout.
Large indoor living and dining room
The living room offers a fantastic view thanks to the full-length opening harmonica windows. Satellite TV and a movable hifi party box provide for your leisure time.
60 sqm infinity pool
Probably the centerpiece of your vacation, Villa Orea is all about the pool. Go for a swim, sit on the built-in bench to enjoy a cocktail from the outdoor bar or just enjoy the infinity view. The pool is heated from mid-October through May.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest cancels up to 120 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees are due, For cancellations between 91 and 120 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be retained. Cancellation between 90 and 61 days prior to arrival, 65% of the total rental cost will be retained. If a reservation is cancelled less than 61 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Wir haben eine Woche (leider nur eine) dort verbracht und es war ein toller Urlaub. Die Alleinlage mit der grandiosen Aussicht auf die Bucht von Elounda sowie die Ausstattung des Hauses sind der Hammer. Auch der nette Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sowie der Agentur vor Ort haben zu dem tollen Erlebnis beigetragen. Eine absolute Empfehlung!
Super Villa, auch für den längeren Aufenthalt
Eine tolle Villa, auch für den längeren Aufenthalt super geeignet. Der grandiose Blick über die Bucht von Elounda - einfach nur einzigartig! Der Weg zur Villa ist allerdings etwas anspruchsvoll. Das dann direkt erreichbare Örtchen Elounda und die vielen guten Restaurants geben die perfekte infrastruktur für den Urlaub. Ein toller Service, der vertrauensvolle Kontakt zum Vermieter sowie zu der Agentur vor Ort sind das besondere Asset. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
