You can see the Cretan sea to the front, left and right and have the white mountains behind you. Here families or a group of friends can find a relaxing and quiet retreat between idyllic olive groves, on the 7000 sqm large property.
The luxury house has five bedrooms, each with terrace, balcony or garden access, which are air-conditioned and equipped with flat screen TV and DVD player. There are also five en-suite bathrooms with hairdryer.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms of 15 sqm each (3x double bed, can be divided into single beds), each with en-suite bath/shower and access to the garden (80 sqm). Furthermore a very spacious, comfortable and light-flooded living/dining kitchen with access to terraces, pool area and garden. Upstairs there is a master bedroom 37 sqm (king-size bed) with en-suite bath (Jacuzzi and shower) and direct access to the private balcony 23 sqm (futon bed). In the basement (hillside location) there is a 30 sqm studio with king-size bed, living area, en-suite bathroom (shower) and separate access to the private 80 sqm garden, but also internally to the living area of the villa. A multi-purpose room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron is available.
If required, beds for 4 more people can be added.
A great and luxurious pool landscape convinces in the outdoor area with a heated, private pool (8 x 11 m and 0.40 m-1.90 m deep) and separate children's pool (2.40 x 18 m, 0.5 m).
Upon arrival at Chania Airport, you can be met by Ihem Concierge if required.

This beautiful villa is located about 1.5 km outside the village of Gerani. Taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping facilities are located in the coastal village of Platanias, 5 km away.

The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is payable immediately to confirm the booking. The payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is due 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 8 weeks prior to arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. If a booking is cancelled between 8 and 4 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee and if cancelled between 4 and 2 weeks prior to arrival, 75% will be charged. If a booking is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee

Entspannte Tage in Villa AnnaNiko
Wir verbrachten im Oktober 2019 eine Woche mit insgesamt 9 Personen in diesem genialen Ferienhaus. Es liegt zwar etwas abseits, ist aber aufgrund der Größe und Ausstattung ideal für eine größere Gruppe geeignet. Der Blick auf das Meer und die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Vielen Dank auch für die Organisation der Mietwagen. Es hat alles perfekt gepasst. Für uns waren es entspannte Tage. Gerne wieder.
