In a quiet and green setting, surrounded by olive and fruit trees, you will find The Mansion - a luxurious villa of 470 sqm indoor and 2000 sqm outdoor and garden, with a 15 m private outdoor pool and an 18 m heated indoor pool. It is an impressive building with an unique design, with elements of neoclassical architecture combined with modern lines, which extends over three levels. Greek marble, natural oak and glass are the dominant materials.

The location of the luxury villa The Mansion offers a spectacular view from every corner of the villa for up to 8 guests. It offers an unobstructed view of the Cretan Sea and a panoramic view of the city of Heraklion. Guests will have many opportunities to relax on verandas and balconies of 350 sqm that surround the villa.
On the upper floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed of 1.80 m x 2.00 m, two bedrooms with two single beds of 0.90 m x 2.10 m each (can be used as a double bed) with coco-mat mattresses, which offer a particularly high sleeping comfort. The fourth bedroom is located in the suite in the basement of the hillside house, which has a separate kitchen, living room and dining room and a double bed of 1.80 m x 2.10 m. A large, bright living room with stylish furniture, an energy fireplace and a 110 year old Carl Roenish piano is located on the ground floor, from where there is a fantastic view and a generously furnished balcony. It also offers a modern, fully equipped, spacious kitchen and a separate dining room. If a guest wishes to work in privacy and quiet, a separate office with natural oak panelling is available. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds.
The spa, wellness, fitness and relaxation area of 120 m² includes a heated swimming pool with hydromassage and counter-current system, a steam bath for 4-6 people, a sauna for 4-6 people and fitness equipment. A TV is also available here and for book lovers there is a special shelf with novels and reading material. Adults and children will also find a collection of board games.
The exclusive outdoor area offers a large private swimming pool with generous sunbathing areas and an unobstructed view over the Cretan nature and the city of Heraklion to the shimmering blue sea behind. Here you will find furnished terraces and a barbeque area for relaxing hours in the privacy of the villa.
Parking spaces are available, as well as electrically lockable entrance gates.

About the location:

Knossos and Heraklion offers a variety of sights and is therefore not only the ideal location to visit the famous Minoan Palace of Knossos, which has been partially reconstructed. Heraklion, the capital of the island of Crete, is certainly worth a visit, as the old town with its Venetian splendid buildings such as the Loggia or the Venetian city wall, the fort and the Venetian port really offers sights worth seeing. The grave of Nikos Kazantzakis, the church of Agios Titos should not be forgotten and of course the Archeological Museum, the Historical Museum and the Natural History Museum are open to interested visitors.
In the old town of Heraklion there are also many restaurants and cafes offering culinary delights and a very inviting ambience.
The port city of Heraklion is framed by green hills and vineyards as well as the mountain ranges of the Psiloritis and the Lassithic Mountains.
For golf enthusiasts the only golf course on Crete is easily accessible from here.
