The two-storey villa of 350 square metres is an impeccably designed, luxurious house, where every detail of the decoration and furniture, of truly high qualities, has been treated with great care and attention. It can accommodate 12 people in beds and up to 14 people on sofa beds or extra beds if necessary.

Interior

On entering the villa on the ground floor to the right is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, armchair, fireplace, 55-inch smart HDTV satellite TV with Netflix and a Nintendo Wii, a dining area and a fully equipped island-style kitchen with high quality fixtures and appliances including a Liebherr fridge and Gaggenau electrical appliances. The front garden has a spacious veranda with seating and an outdoor dining area leading to the pool area, while off the entrance hall a fully equipped barbecue area with additional dining area is also available.

The left side of the ground floor houses three bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi. The other 2 bedrooms each have a double bed or two single beds (the single beds can be converted into a double bed if required). All bedrooms offer access to the outdoor area and the pool. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower and a separate WC on the same floor.

Independent master suite in the basement of the hillside house.

The independent master suite is located on the lower floor of the villa, accessible from both the indoor and outdoor areas. The master suite consists of a living area, a kitchen, a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower. In addition, the suite has direct access to the garden, where the sauna room and a bathroom are located.

Junior White Building

The independent Junior White Building, located next door with the same garden, has a small open-plan living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower cubicle. It also has a balcony with magnificent pool and sea views.

The villa is situated on a huge private plot of 4,000 sqm and the beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of facilities and places to relax.

The outdoor facilities include in particular: 50 sqm heated private swimming pool with counter-current and hydro-massage (The pool can be covered to maintain the correct temperature and for the safety of the children). Fully equipped charcoal barbecue with wood-burning oven and sink, 2 outdoor dining areas, A variety of furnished places (with sun loungers, parasols, armchairs and hammocks) to relax in the gardens surrounding the villa, surrounded by olive trees, citrus trees, walnut trees, prickly pears and other fruit trees, sauna (5-6 persons), fitness equipment (elliptical cross trainer - treadmill - multifunctional weight training equipment - spinning bike - TRX cable - free weights), games room (pool table - football table - table tennis), bathroom with shower, car park.

Villa GG's strategic location makes transfers easy, as it is only a few minutes' drive from the seaside village of Kokkini Hani in the Heraklion region, about 13 km east of Heraklion city. In the village of Kokkini Hani (2 km from the villa), besides the clean and organised beach, you will find a bank and ATMs, supermarkets open seven days a week, bakeries, shops, tavernas, cafes and bars.

Besides the nearest sandy beach of Kokkini Hani, several organised beaches are easily accessible from the villa, such as Arina beach (2.9 km), Amnissos beach (6.2 km), Karteros beach (7 km) and Ammoudara beach (19 km), etc.

In addition, there are many places that are easy to visit from the villa and are attractive daily entertainment for families with children, such as one of the largest water parks in Europe, Watercity (1.6 km) and Aqua Plus Waterpark (16 km), Aquarium (5.2 km), Planetarium (5.1 km) and Dinosaur Theme Park (4.8 km), etc.
