Nouvelle Villa with sea and pool view is a beautiful two-storey villa with large terrace and large balcony, located about 300 meters from Peristera beach.
The air-conditioned villa includes three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the ground floor (pool level). The master bedroom has its own large bathroom. The second bathroom is shared by the guests of the other two bedrooms. The beautiful living room gives views of the sea through the large French doors and access to the spacious roof terrace. A dining area under the shady pergola offers a magnificent view of the surroundings and the sea. Here you can enjoy your breakfast extensively. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything hobby cooks could wish for.
Villa Nouvelle with sea view has a private pool (8 x 4m, 1.50m deep), a garden and free Wi-Fi. An outdoor shower and toilet by the pool area are available.
An à la carte breakfast is gladly served every morning in the villa (extra fee).

Villa Nouvelle is located about 2 km from the outskirts of the small town of Irapetra. Here you will find all facilities such as pharmacies, doctors, stores, taverns, cafes and restaurants. Peristera beach is just 300 meters away from the villa, but Livadi beach is also just 1.2 km away from the accommodation and Agios Andreas beach can be reached after 1.6 km. The nearest airport is Sitia Airport, 59 km from Nouvelle Villa. However, the more common one is Heraklion Airport, 95 km away.
The worth seeing palm beach Vai is 80 km away and the easternmost town of Crete Sitia 56 km. Villa Nouvelle offers a good location to explore especially the east of the island extensively.
