It is located at the upper end of the Kalathas region, in Akrotiri, Chania, and can accommodate up to 12 people in luxurious facilities. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms and one toilet, a modern kitchen and a living room surrounded by windows and swimming pools with TV with Netflix on two levels await your guests. The interior living area merges with the outdoor area, which also offers zones of total relaxation.
In the basement of the villa, a fitness room is available for guests to use.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 45 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
