The inspiring retreat Villa Dimi is a 300 sqm natural stone house for up to 10 people, built on a 2000 sqm plot - environmentally friendly, comfortable and cozy, surrounded by a spacious garden with olive grove, flowers and lemon trees, a private heated and chlorine-free pool (with salt filter system), a massage and yoga pavilion, an artificial pond with goldfish and aquatic plants, making it an ideal place for family relaxation and sunbathing in Crete.
Villa Dimi comprises four exclusive air-conditioned bedrooms on two floors, two of which have double beds and two single beds, which can also be converted into a double bed, and three comfortable bathrooms, a very well equipped open kitchen leading to the living and dining room, TV room with Netflix and extra sofa bed for two guests, a gym and a laundry room.
The outdoor area offers a private heated pool (4m x 12m) with salt filter system, massage & yoga pavilion, romantic garden with many places to retreat, sit and eat (3x dining area and 3x lounge area), an artificial pond. For fun and games there is also a table tennis table, foosball table...
Two private parking spaces are available. Free use of two bicycles possible.

Villa Dimi is located on the Akrotiri Peninsula, 1.5 km outside the village of Kalathas.
The nearest supermarket is 750 meters away and the nearest restaurants and shops 1.5 km.
The sandy beach of Kalathas is only 1,4 km away from the villa.

Rentals
The climate resilience tax of up to 10 euros per day applicable in Greece may have to be paid locally on arrival
Terms of payment
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. Payment of the remaining 70% of the rental cost is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 45 days prior to arrival, there is no cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. In case of no-show, 100% of the rental cost will be charged as cancellation fee.
