Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total rental cost is due immediately to confirm the booking. The payment of the remaining 70% of the rental costs is to be made 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation policy
If a guest cancels up to 30 days before arrival, 30% of the total rental cost will be retained, between 29 and 15 days 50% will be due and between 15 and 7 days 70%. If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total rental cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
